Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was great and room was clean as well appointed for the price. There's a hot pot for tea or coffee in the room. I had a nice breakfast for €10 and transport to and from the airport was only €20. Directions on WhatsApp to get to the transport at the Istanbul Airport was also very good. Good English communication overall!
Nothing!

I booked the hotel for my family, who had a long transfer at Istanbul Airport. I booked it after they landed in Istanbul, and I am glad the communication was fast and clear. I asked for a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport; the round trip cost 50 euros. My family stayed in the room for 4 people. The beds were comfy, and the room had some tea and water. My family didn't try breakfast there.
Even though the room was for 4 people, there was only one chair. It's okay if you are staying only one night. For longer stays, that might be a problem. Another issue is that the door to their room was broken so that you couldn't lock it. Again, not too big of a problem for one night.
