El departamento es cómodo , limpio y muy funcional

Breakfast was very nice at the hotel pool side.
The structure is far from the hotel road, but still in a nice location, with many resturants around.
They have laundry room, with free washing machines and dry machine to be paid per minute (1 peso x minute).
Unfortunately TULUM during August time has seaweeds, so it was not the best time to visit the seaside and many activities around are closed in this season.

La qualité de la literie, la beauté du bâtiment et des piscines. Les commentaires avec le petit déjeuner sont durs : sont proposés des fruits, des œufs, du café… ce qui est bien suffisant !
Nous avons eu un petit contentieux à la fin du séjour. Un ami a été malade et a vomi sur sur un drap. À la fin du séjour, ils nous ont fait payer 30 euros pour le nettoyage de ce drap. Prix excessivement cher.
Le wifi ne marche pas.
Personnel totalement absent.

Het personeel was echt onverschillig
We kwamen om 14:00 aan er werd gezegd dat de kamer om 15:00 klaar zou zijn
We kwamen om 15:30terug toen werd er gezegd dat we nog moesten wachten
Uiteindelijk konden we rond 16:00 in de kamer
De mensen achter de balie waren niet echt behulpzaam, op 1 mevrouw na die wel de moeite deed om ons in de kamer te kunnen krijgen.
Kamer was ruim, niet sfeervol, veel trappen lopen met zware koffers, geen lift aanwezig.
Zou er niet met kinderen verblijven want de ramen richting het zwembad kunnen ze zo uitvallen.
In de buurt is niet veel te beleven.
Groot dakterras bij het zwembad met bedjes. Goede zwembad handdoeken.
