Localização e facilidade de entrar no apartamento.

Chuveiro não esquenta direito, ralo da pia imundo, cortina do quarto entra sol pra caramba de manhã, a janela não bloquei os ruídos da rua, sem opção de mais um cobertor (peguei dias de muito frio), fica caindo água no ar condicionado e o barulho o tempo todo.
