Le studio est superbement situé au milieu des quartiers du vieux Lyon, toutes les commodités et les incontournables de Lyon sont à portée de pied (Saint Jean, les ruines et musée romains, Fourvière et la Croix-Rousse, les traboules, le parc de la Tête d'Or etc...et bien sûr les Bouchons!).
L'appartement qui donne sur une cour intérieure est très calme et très bien éclairé par ses très hautes fenêtres. Tout l'équipement annoncé est présent ainsi que les consommables (gel douche et à vaisselle, sel, poivre, sucre..)
S'il faut trouver des défauts: revoir l'installation de la douche qui arrose la salle de bains, le matelas est un peu fatigué, terminer l'installation du lave-linge, prévenir les locataires que l'appartement est situé au second étage

O apartamento é lindo e muito bem localizado. Bem central, mas tranquilo e silencioso, já que fica voltado para um pátio interno. Área segura para viajantes mulheres.
No final da minha estadia, seriam feitas obras para substituir o aquecedor de água (mas eu não tive problemas mesmo com o antigo). Por causa dessa obra, tive de desocupar o apartamento mais cedo no último dia da reserva. A empresa estornou a minha última diária e fiquei satisfeita com o acerto.
O apartamento tem aquecimento em todos os cômodos, o que o deixa bem confortável no inverno.
Voltaria a ficar nesse local.
O banheiro poderia ter algumas melhorias, como um chuveiro mais elevado e um box de vidro (há uma cortina rolô antiga, que desmontou quando tentei usar).
O prédio é antigo, então não tem elevador, mas eu já sabia desse detalhe.

We had a great stay, the apartment was very clean, the location was fantastic (right in the centre of Lyon), and the check-in process worked smoothly. The host was very responsive, which we appreciated. There were some issues with the hot water, but a plumber was called the next day and it didn’t affect us too much during our stay.
Despite the fantastic stay, I did receive an email after checkout that presented a “Booking.com rating guide” which looked like an official policy with a Booking.com logo and font but was not. It attempted to frame anything below 5 stars as a negative or harmful rating. This is highly misleading and not something Booking.com endorses. No guest should be pressured to make specific ratings in line with the expectations of the host. Rating should be based on guests' own experiences.

Excellent location. Pictures of the apartment are accurate. Very nice living space. Easy personnalised check-in.
Worst bed ever. Mattress sinks in the middle. Hopefully management will change it.
