Great location, easy to walk into Toulouse cente and also on public transport. Great views from the huge windows over the river. Host is really helpful and communicative Apartment has all you nred for a short stay and the bakery and coffee shop just outside the main door is yum.
A friendly note not a dislike that the car park is very tight to navigate if you are given a really large 4x4 by the hire car company!

L’emplacement,proche du centre ville et des transports (bus , tramway).
La vue de la terrasse sur la Garonne, sur Toulouse et au loin les Pyrénées est très belle.
La climatisation de l’appartement et le parking privé.
À cause des très fortes chaleurs à l’extérieur (+ 40°), la clim du salon n’arrivait pas à maintenir une température agréable à l’intérieur.
Ceci est dû sans doute à l’absence de store ou rideaux extérieurs de la grande baie vitrée du salon. (La chambre avec une fenêtre plus petite et des stores extérieurs n’a pas ce problème.).

La vue bien sûr ! La luminosité du loft aussi, le balcon pour profiter de l’extérieur et le lever du soleil le matin 🤩
