Als Erstes möchte ich dem Hotelteam meinen großen Dank aussprechen, denn es ist wirklich ein sehr nettes und hilfreiches Team. Die Unterkunft hat mir besonders gut gefallen, weil sie sehr sauber und gepflegt war. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel eingerichtet und boten ausreichend Platz. Außerdem hat mir die ruhige Lage gefallen, die für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Der freundliche Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht. Auch die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die Nähe zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr praktisch. Insgesamt war es eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Erfahrung.
Es hat uns alles sehr gefallen…

Good location 1 km from Sile Markiz nearby there’s isn’t much
The first day I asked for meals in the room that I’ll pay for as we arrived very tired and they told me it’s not allowed to eat at the room come to the restaurant thats very terrible never heard of that before

The hotel has a convenient location and the staff were generally friendly. The room was comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant.
The biggest issue was housekeeping. Rooms were not cleaned daily, even when requested. Cleanliness could be improved, and more attention to room maintenance would make the stay much better.

Relativ neues Hotel!
Leider noch absolut nicht ausgereift! Das Hotel ist neu, aber das Personal völlig überfordert. Die Außenanlagen sind Baustelle, der Parkplatz ist ein steiler, unbefestigter Hang. Das Frühstück war unorganisiert und nur auf ständige Nachfrage zu bekommen. Im Zimmer funktionierte der Wasserabfluss der Dusche nicht (Bad lief über), und gereinigt wird nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage. Sehr schade, hier muss noch einiges passieren.
