Cons- There were rips in the comforter and pillow. The pillow was stained. There was also a roach. I don’t mind straightening up after myself and my family but the cleaning I had to do before I left to make sure it was ready for the cleaning lady was a tad bit excessive. There is a “quiet time” from 10pm-7am but it didn’t make much of a difference because the person above us was up and down most of the night making so much noise. One or two of these issues I could let go and not think much of because stuff happens and I get that however once it all started stacking on top of each other it was too much. Pros-Beautiful view. Decent price.
