Very friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to help. Our booking had an issue and Catherine Cruise offered us two alternate options with other premium cruise operators for one night of our 3D2N cruise, before upgrading our room on Catherine cruise for the second night. This didn't affect our itinerary as on the 2nd day, most of the day is spent visiting local sites via a smaller tender boat. Communication was also very prompt. Would love to come back!

An absolutely exceptional cruise experience! The Catherine is a stunning ship, beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained, with impressive facilities throughout. The food was delicious, the activities were excellent, and every detail felt carefully considered. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the crew. They went above and beyond in every possible way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Even when small issues came up, they were handled immediately, professionally, and with an exceptional level of care and service. We enjoyed this cruise more than we can say — honestly, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. A very special thank you to Betty, who took such wonderful care of us and our children throughout the entire cruise. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful, and made us feel truly looked after every moment. Thank you to the entire Catherine team for an unforgettable experience!

Nothing!

Rene pene rom i viktoriansk stil.
