It was fantastic everything was amazing the staff, the trips and the room. All impeccably clean. All food was lovely.
Things felt a little rushed in parts. We waited a long time to board the cruise but then bounced from lunch to activity to activity without any time to consider what we needed to take on each trip with us. Also small point but got up at 6am because we had been told there was Thai chi on the top deck , no one was there and when we found someone to ask they said it was the teachers day off and we could just do it ourselves

Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Fint med basseng på båten. God mat på hovedsiden (men se under hva vi ikke likte). Rene pene rom i viktoriansk stil.
Vi reiste med barn og fant at båten dessverre ikke er tilrettelagt barnefamilier. Hele den ene dagen ble vi sendt på tur på en annen båt. Denne hadde meget dårlig hygieniske forhold og dessverre ble min kone matforgiftning her.
På hovedsiden ble det på forhånd opplyst at det var tilrettelagt for vegetarianere. På frokosten var dette absolutt ikke tilfelle.
Utsikren i Ha Long Bukten er magisk, bare synd at det er tett i tett med skip over alt. I tillegg litt rart å dra på criuse med et skip som kjører i 1,5 time deretter står ankret opp på samme sted resten av turen. Om vi drar igjen kommer vi til å gå for criuse på Lan Ha bukten
