It’s spacious and in a good condition. The apartment is secured 24/7 and there is an elevator that is very convenient if you have luggage. Has everything one needs including microbrew and washing machine. The apartment has enough sunlight. Safe and close to the beach. Very responsive and attentive managers.
Three major downsides one should be aware of when booking this apartment:
1) Noise. The windows are single glassed and a few floors below you have two restaurants that attract allot of locals who sit outside and create a lot of noise. Also, windows Outlook very busy in terms of traffic street…So the only relative silent hours are 03:00-06:00 am. I had to sleep with AirPods in noise canceling mode each night. Quite exhausting.
2) Corridor smell. Neighbors or restaurants below always fry some onions. Hence you need to keep kitchen windows shut at all times.
