Alles in allem sehr zufrieden

Nähe zur Bahn Nähe zum Supermarkt Alles notwendige vorhanden Bei Fragen würde schnell geholfen

Zustand der Wohnung könnte in manchen Bereichen etwas besser sein - Risse in Fliesen, kleinere Beschädigungen an Wänden etc. Hat uns aber nicht allzu sehr gestört.

Inconfortable au regard du prix…

Mon commentaire va dans le sens d’une suggestion. Afin que vous puissiez améliorer certaines choses Réservation pour cet été… il était impossible de dormir l’appartement était super chaud. Un petit ventilateur dispo et ne fonctionnait pas bien. On a décidé d’ouvrir les stores et fenêtres pour le soir mais malheureusement les fenêtres et balcon donnait sur la voie où il y’avait déjà des poteaux de lumière et qui illuminait la chambre et le salon…! Et tant d’autres choses à améliorer… Le parcours du combattant pour avoir les clés d’accès on dirait qu’on jouait à un scape game. Encore une fois mon commentaire est bienveillant. Je vous ai envoyé un message et même pas de réponse de votre part ce qui est tout à fait malheureux.

Catastrophique, écœurant, et déplorable, un manque de respect

L'hôte m'a laissé les clés par terre dans un boîtier à code, jonché d'excréments de chien à proximité du local poubelle, avec aucune indication au préalable pour les récupérer si ce n'est un fichier illisible avec des flèches et des étapes comme si je devais jouer a la carte au trésor, et quand je l'appelle choqué pour lui faire part de la situation, ça ne semble pas le déranger, (c'est l'hiver il était 18h) et il me dit ok bon je serais la dans 45mn et je vais nettoyer, autant dire que c'était le pire acceuil que j'ai reçu de ma vie dans une location de logement booking Sans parler du quartier malfamé dans lequel se trouve cet appartement, bruit, nuisance, musique forte, chiens qui aboient, présence de gens non rassurante devant les hall Je précise que j'ai demandé a ne pas entrer une seule nuit dans cet appartement des ce jour la, vu l'état, l'accueil déplorable etc, ce que l'hôte avais accepté au téléphone, et quand le lendemain j'ai fais la demande de remboursement, il ne m'a pas donné 1 centime et a strictement refusé de me rembourser quoi que ce soit, j'avais payé 558€ pour 10 jours, et je n'ai reçu ni excuse ni remboursement de leur part alors que je n'ai jamais occupé leur appartement, j'ai été contraint d'aller prendre un hôtel
