The location is right in the city center, very convenient place to get everywhere you want in Porto. There's MyAuchan grocery shop right in front of the appartments for a quick shopping.
The appartments have almost everything you need, very cozy place, clean, and tidy. There's a small balcony for morning coffees or evening cocktails. You can make it very dark by the night. No sound from outside once you close the windows so you can sleep & rest very well.
There's also a kitchen which we appreciated very much.
It kinda lacks a proper AC. There were 2 fans but luckily the days of our stay weren't that hot as usual so we could survive it. Don't know what you should do with those 2 fans at 30+ degrees outside.
Also no washing machine but there are some laundries outside.

Top Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in und wenn es technische Probleme gab beim Check-in wurde sofort geholfen. Sehr schönes Appartment von hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgebern. Kommen gerne wieder !!
