Enjoyed our stay, lovely grounds, super helpful staff that had great English speaking and were always on hand to help. The free private shuttle by the hotel was very helpful in getting us to and from the Great Wall the breakfast was great a good mix of eastern and western food!

A wonderful eco-hotel set in a quaint rural setting just outside of Beijing. Excellent views of the surrounding mountains and the Great Wall of China you can hike directly from the nearby village up to Tower 19 of the Great Wall. The room was amazing with wonderful views and the staff was excellent they even had a western-style breakfast and dinner menu with a local Chinese hot-pot option very nearby operated by the same company. I would recommend this place and I would love to come back.

The setting is very nice and has views from many places on the property. Upon arrival, it looks a little strange, but as you walked around, you grow to appreciate the layout of the structures and the locations of the different amenities. There were some strange things about the rooms, but in general, they were very nice. Staff was great and food was great and the setting for eating was idyllic. This is the first weekend away for a girlfriend and me, and we decided that this was a place we would want to visit many times in the years to come
