I liked the care of the host - we stayed for 3 weeks with my younger sister as we came for a university summer school exchange, and the location felt very safe & convenient. There were a lot of things in the apartment, like towels, etc, and if we needed smth, the host would always try to either pass by to fix things or tell us where to buy our own. But some things like washing machine were present too, but not in the room like we assumed, but in the basement, and you could only use them at a limited time & super inconveniently - and, since we had summer school from 9am-5pm, we only managed to use the machine once during our stay (as otherwise they were busy / dirty / broken), and we ended up using the paid laundry services in another building. AC was working well, as well as the other facilities.
Pool & gym were open during fixed times too, but we could use them a few times.
Overall, we felt very safe and comfortable in this location. On the last day, we had to store our luggages somewhere as we had a flight in the evening, and the host asked the reception downstairs for it, and we had to pay like 20 USD for the few hours, and I feel like that could have been offered, as the apartment price was 2'363 CHF for 20 days... which is still quite expensive.
I felt like the apartment was very dusty throughout our stay, and I don't know if it's cause it was not so clean originally or if it's just generally very dusty due to poor ventilation. Also, we had some crazy ant infestation during the first days, but our host dealt with it as soon as we told her.
Also, i felt like there were too many decor / unnecessary things in the apartment, that just made it feel smaller - like different statues & fake plants, but it's more of a personal preference comment, as we were staying for a long period there.

The property was super modern, has a great view of the mountains and the Christ the redeemer. In the building there is a gym, a working space and a pool which is extremely convenient! The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed!

Nice location next to nice restaurants (many on the Michelin guide). Very modern building with great facilities, 24 hour concierge. The apartment had almost anything you would need during your stay.
The bathroom is a bit small.
