This spacious apartment is perfectly situated just across the street from Ipanema Beach, with grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés only a 5 to 10-minute walk away. The beds are comfortable, and the owners are incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive.
The kitchen is quite small, with very limited counter space and a tiny sink. The living room is spacious, but it only has one sofa, and once it is converted into a sofa bed, there is no seating area left. Despite facing a residential street, the apartment was noisier than expected due to passing cars and trucks, even with the windows closed. Fortunately, running the air conditioning helped mask much of the noise.

De host Carolina is zeer hulpvaardig : makkelijk inchecken, hulp bij restaurants en uitstappen. Topligging van het appartement.

L'emplacement est sans aucun doute le gros point positif de ce logement. Nous avons également apprécié la réactivité des hôtes qui font tout leur possible pour résoudre tous les soucis que l'on peut rencontrer (et plus).
Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 6 personnes adultes mais nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 lits double, 1 lit d'appoint pour enfant de moins de 12 ans et une canapé. Le canapé dans le salon n'est pas un canapé lit... Grâce à l'intervention de notre hôte nous avons reçu un matelas à poser par terre dans le salon. C'est un geste appréciable. Contrairement au ressenti des photos, les équipements sont vieillots.
