It’s a gem in the best area of Tulum. I could move here permanently, it has everything you might need from a comfortable bed and sofa to good pans and Netflix. Balcony is a plus and the small jacuzzi as well. There’s an infinity pool in the rooftop.
The communication with the staff was very bad. I asked for the exact location of the property and the staff told me he was gonna send it to me on WhatsApp straight away, but it took one hour. We couldnt leave our baggages before the check in as they said the previous clients were still there (but the check out is at 11). During our stay we were cold and we asked on the platform to get blankets but no one replied, so we asked the “reception” and he said someone was going to get in touch with me but still nothing after two days. Also in our 4 nights stay they didn’t change our towels.

The apartment is amazing, really luminous and chic. We really enjoyed it especially with the pool ! I recommend it 100% and the location is ideal with a lot of restaurant and little shops around. It was the best apartment possible.
Just when we arrived, the apartment wasn’t clean but we stayed at the rooftop to wait and it was okay.
