Thương’s apartment is cute, aesthetic, and very well organized, with almost everything a guest could need for a comfortable stay. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the water temperature was always just right. I really appreciated the full-length mirror in the bedroom!
The apartment is ideally located, about a 15-minute drive from the Imperial City. There are a couple of grocery stores, a nail salon, and a massage spa on the ground floor, as well as a gym and a swimming pool in the building. AEON Mall is also within walking distance for anyone looking to do some shopping.
Most importantly, Thương is a lovely host who genuinely tries her best to make her guests feel comfortable. She met us upon arrival to check us in and explained everything clearly. She even sent over a rice cooker, kitchen wipes, and a few other items we needed, despite it being late in the evening, and was always quick to respond to our messages.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hue and would happily recommend this apartment to all our friends :)
The only real inconvenience was that the shower does not have a partition, so water tends to spread across the rest of the bathroom. It would also have been nice to have separate hand soap and shower gel, with everything labelled in English. A few more cooking utensils and pieces of cutlery would have made meal preparation easier, but we were still able to cook quite comfortably with what was provided.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this was a delightful experience. Our lovely host met us at the apartment to check us in, showed us around, explained all we needed to know, and told us that she was available to message 24 hours a day (she was very quick to respond when we messaged).
This apartment is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Having two showers is helpful with 5 people staying here. The kitchen could have had a microwave, but that's a very small negative comment on our part as us westerners are use to having a microwave. The fridge was large so no issue storing all of our shopping, and there was two sinks which makes washing the dishes easier.
The location is nice. You're not far from the Imperial city and other surrounding places of interest. We visited a few of the Pagodas and Tombs, and the place where they make the incense sticks, the kids loved helping make the sticks and cones.
The nearby Aeon Mall is great to look around and eat at (4 mins by car, 18mins walking)
We would stay here again, and again, and again. We didn't take any photos of the property, I only took a photo from the balcony. I've attached some photos of the places we visited.
Our only negative comment is that we wish we could have stayed longer. This apartment was very nice and we'd happily stay again.
