A modern and visually appealing hotel, but unfortunately far from the standards expected of a 4-star establishment, especially for an Marriott hotel chain.
Upon arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, and while the staff was polite, the service felt quite basic and lacked professionalism.
In the room, a QR code advertised room service, which is in fact no longer available. The room phone was also not working, and no alternative solution was offered. This became very inconvenient, especially being on the 18th floor, as we had to go downstairs repeatedly just to request simple things like water or information.
The minibar was completely empty, which is surprising and disappointing, as it defeats its entire purpose.
The air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep without turning it off and on. The shower temperature was inconsistent, often only lukewarm. Housekeeping also felt rushed and incomplete (dust left behind, missing toilet paper and towels).
Breakfast and the restaurant were acceptable, but many items listed on the menu were actually unavailable, which was frustrating.
Overall, considering the price and the level the hotel claims to offer, the management and organization clearly need improvement. While the room itself is nice and the bed is very comfortable, it does not compensate for the lack of basic services and overall poor execution.
