Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit, mais dès que l'on franchit la porte, on ressent immédiatement une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Tout est parfaitement pensé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et entretenu avec un soin remarquable. On ne se sent pas dans une location de vacances mais véritablement comme chez soi. La propreté est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Tout est impeccable, des pièces de vie aux chambres, en passant par la cuisine et les sanitaires. C'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. L'appartement est également très confortable et parfaitement équipé : il ne manque absolument rien. La grande terrasse est un véritable bonheur. La vue dégagée, le calme environnant et le confort du mobilier extérieur permettent de profiter pleinement des lieux. Nous y avons pris notre petit-déjeuner avec grand plaisir. Concernant les remarques que nous avions pu lire à propos de plastique sur la table extérieure, il s'agit simplement d'une protection transparente destinée à préserver une belle table en bois. Cela ne gêne absolument pas son utilisation et témoigne plutôt du soin apporté au mobilier. La résidence est particulièrement agréable, calme et très sécurisée. Le parking souterrain privatif est un véritable atout, avec suffisamment d'espace pour stationner deux véhicules en enfilade. L'ascenseur reliant directement le parking aux étages apporte un confort supplémentaire très appréciable. Les accès sont également pratiques pour les personnes ayant besoin d'une circulation facilitée. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'excellente connexion Wi-Fi, la qualité de la literie, le confort des deux chambres et, plus généralement, la sensation de bien-être que procure ce logement. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Ils ont notamment accepté que nous arrivions plus tôt, ce qui a été très apprécié.

Modern apartment spotless clean, on second floor with a nice balcony for meals made in the brilliant kitchen, with everything you need. The area was safe and buzzing. The host met us at the door and was super helpful, with ideas of visits and where the best local supermarket and bars were. The supermarket was 5 minutes from the apartment as was the number 3 tram that took you to the beaches one way and the city center the other way. I would recommend this apartment
.to anyone wanting an apartment in a superb location and an apartment that everything you need for a brilliant city break.
