Terrible. This accommodation ruined our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if it were free.

Apart from the girl who works at the reception—the one with curly hair and glasses, I believe her name is Lys—there is very little positive to say. She is helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. The other receptionists, however, are unfriendly. One positive thing is that they allowed us to check into our room a little earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Another nice feature is the Amazon Echo device in the room, which allows you to play music using voice commands. The bathtub on the terrace is also very beautiful.

As for the negative aspects, there are countless issues. First of all, the hygiene. The carpet in the hallway smells absolutely unbearable—you practically have to hold your nose just to walk through it. Then there is the room itself, where everything also smells very bad. I have asthma, and I had serious problems because the curtains and the bed linen had such a strong and unpleasant smell. My girlfriend developed a skin rash, and when we went to a doctor, we were told that it was caused by the bed linen. When we asked for fresh bed linen, we were charged BRL 100 at reception. On top of that, we found dirty towels in the room. Replacing two large and two small towels costs BRL 50. Brazil is the 36th country I have visited, and I have never experienced a hotel charging guests for fresh towels and bed linen. Please pass this feedback on to your manager, director, or owner: this is simply not how a hospitality business should be run. It would be better to increase the accommodation price than to charge guests separately for basic necessities such as clean towels and bed linen. There is also a problem with the bed. The description stating that it is a double bed is misleading. In reality, there are two small beds pushed together with one large mattress placed on top of them. The pillows are also very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at the end of our stay we received an email telling us that we were expected to wash the dishes and take out the trash. Shocking. The photos on Booking.com show a wooden bath tray placed across the bathtub for food and drinks. There was no such tray in our room, and when I requested one, they tried to charge us €17 for it. There is also no hairdryer in the room, so you have to request one from reception. This is unacceptable. Later, another receptionist stopped us and asked whether we had returned the hairdryer—even though we had returned it two days earlier.

Stanza carina, piccola ma accogliente in una posizione ottima.

Sarebbe stato perfetto se fossero passati a rifare la stanza e se avessimo avuto più di un solo asciugamano a testa per tutte e 4 le notti. L'ultimo giorno ci ha piovuto in camera (problema già noto) e non c'era l'acqua per un problema alla pompa (l'abbiamo scoperto da soli, in reception non ci hanno detto nulla).
