Cozy and fully equipped apartment, even for a longer stay. I really enjoyed preparing my own breakfast in the morning using the stove. I was also able to rent a scooter on site, which made it much easier to explore the countryside. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.
I wish it had been a bit cleaner, as I found several long hairs on the floor. A fan in the bathroom would help with ventilation, as it gets quite damp inside. They are planning to install a sign to make the location easier to find, but the PIN already shows the exact spot.

We stayed for 12 days and were very happy. A cute and cosy apartment, with a very functional kitchen making it easy to have some homemade meals! Cold AC in the room. Not too far from the center, about a 20-25 minute walk or a cheap TukTuk ride ($1). The owners were always very responsive to any questions.
The bathroom is a typical SE Asian, so the shower is in the same area as the toilet - but that’s very common here.

Everything was superb! Big bedroom with a big and comfy bed and best ac I had in Kambodja. Nice kitchen with a big refrigirator, kettle and cooking plates. Nice and quiet area with a stool and table outside and in a shady place which was nice as hot as it was during my stay.
The place is really at least 11 out of ten for the cost but what drags it down a bit is that it is almost impossible to find with no sign outside. Got lost two times in a week and there are just so many small streets all around and not even the tuk tuk drivers could find it. Otherwise it's a pearl but do use Google Maps going outside and not just trusting landmarks as I did.

Nous y sommes restés une semaine. Avoir un logement entier avec une petite cuisine (peu d'équipement, mais un gérant réactif qui propose gentiment un peu plus d'ustensiles si on en a besoin, ce qui est très appréciable) permet une bonne autonomie. L'espace salon est idéal pour se poser et est confortable. Emplacement intéressant, au calme mais proche de tout. Parking gratuit accessible. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
La douche délivrait tantôt de l'eau froide, tantôt de la chaude, et nous avions l'impression que cela dépendait de si le voisin du haut prenait sa douche ou non.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié que le gérant se permette de faire visiter le logement alors que nous étions partis 2 jours sans notre consentement, en vue d'une location après notre séjour. Il a essayé de nous joindre une fois sans succès et a tout de même procédé à la visite, ce que nous avons estimé être inapproprié. Nous avions laissé toutes nos affaires par ailleurs.
