Lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji metra Trinidade, co pozwala na wygodne połączenie z lotniskiem. Apartament w nadbudowanej części budynku, przeznaczonego poza tym na biura adwokackie, z obszernym holem wejściowym, w którym jednakże obecnie nie ma portiera. Eleganckie przestrzenie wspólne. Winda pomaga dotrzeć na piętra. Mieszkanie w klimacie soft loftowym o wysokiej estetyce i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Dostępne albumy nt. współczesnego designu. Mieszkanie bardzo ciepłe, mimo październikowej zmiennej pogody. W kuchni doceniłyśmy przyprawy i olej do smażenia, herbatę i kawę.
Mankamentem dla nas (co jednak związane było z naszym planem podróży, gdyż przybyłyśmy do Porto przed południem, a wylot był wieczorem) był brak miejsca na pozostawienie naszych małych plecaków (bagaż podręczny Ryanaira) przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,blisko do metra i dworca Sao Bento. Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania,można przygotować posiłki na miejscu,w poblizu Auchan,gdzie można zaopatrzyć się we wszystkie potrzebne produkty żywnościowe i nie tylko. Bardzo przydatna klimatyzacja.
