Très bon emplacement, logement équipé, le nécessaire est la. Il est très appréciable d avoir le nécessaire pour un week-end (the/tisane, pq, savon, huile sel poivre,linge de lit torchon… ).
Mauvaises odeurs, dans le logement (odeur de punaise écrasée) et surtout dans la salle de bain (remontée d odeur siphon/toilettes) assez désagréable.
Du linge de lit (draps) et serviettes de toilettes plus neuf/ uniforme/confortable (façon hôtellerie) serait un plus appréciable.

Être en plein centre historique de Montpellier mais sans avoir les nuisances sonores des bars/ restaurants 👍
La chambre sans fenêtre qui empêche tout courant d’air en été (même si le ventilateur dans la chambre + celui dans le salon font du bien…)

The location is fantastic, the property spacious (for France) and beautiful. Out of the 4 rentals I have stayed in in Montpellier, by far the best. Cooking was easy. The bathroom was very spacious and well-equipped.
Some items needed repair which wasn't done during my stay. The restaurant below is loud until 2 am about every 1 in 3 days. The A/C needs servicing and could barely keep up with the admittedly historic heatwave.

La posizione in centro storico
Appartamento piccolo e non molto pulito, la camera da letto senza finestra e talmente stretta da mancarti l'aria, solo con un ventilatore che non si reggeva in piedi, impossibile dormire dal troppo caldo.
Subito dopo la prima notte abbiamo contattato Axel esternando il notevole disagio, facendogli presente anche i seri problemi di salute di mio marito e suggerendo un piccolo condizionatore a torre.
Dopo innumerevoli messaggi intercorsi nei giorni successivi, ci comunica che aveva trovato una soluzione di uno pseudo condizionatore acquistandolo su amazon ma che sarebbe arrivato il giorno prima del nostro checkout.
Gli abbiamo chiesto allora una riduzione sul prezzo che in un primo momento sembrava aver accolto ma poi nulla.
Semplicemente ci siamo sentiti presi in giro.
É vero che nelle condizioni della struttura si evinceva l'assenza di un condizionatore ma penso che, un host professionale debba essere reattivo e proattivo in caso di imprevisti, così da rendere il soggiorno piacevole come ci si augura quando si va in vacanza.
