It was centrally located to the event I was attending, - the owner was really nice and we had a nice conversation and coffee on two of the mornings, he gave me privacy with room, the flat was clean and served my trip well. I can recommend for short trip to Hamburg - the area around is rough (Reeperbahn) but the house is renovated, clean and quiet.
The Stairs were difficult with luggage and should be considered by persons having physical injuries to knees, back etc. but I was aware so not a problem.

Die Lage ist phänomenal - mittendrin statt nur dabei! Ich war am Wochenende da und fand es sehr faszinierend, dass unten der Kiez tobt, während es in der Wohnung super still ist. :) Tom ist sehr darauf bedacht, ein guter Gastgeber zu sein, und das gelingt ihm auch! In der Wohnung hat alles gepasst, (fast) alles da, was man braucht, nette Gespräche inklusive, falls man das möchte, genauso wie super Tipps für HH. Ich habe nie in einer WG gewohnt, aber so muss es sich anfühlen. ;) Danke nochmal für alles, ich komme gern wieder! :)
Kleine Abzüge in der B-Note für das wirklich sehr kleine Bad, wurde schon mehrfach erwähnt, und dafür, dass ich selber einen Haartrockner mitbringen musste - Toms “Frisur” kommt nämlich ohne aus. :)
