The property was across the street to a Family Dollar which is good since we forgot some items. Love the decor of the home and so did the kids. With 3 little ones and a teenager there was enough beds for all. There is safety gate at the bottom and top of the stairs which I appreciated. The kids did love the arcade game machine. The house was good and would be a good stay with older kids (not small kids).
The neighborhood itself was sketchy. All night long all we heard as police sirens. One night the police posted up right behind the building and we heard sirens go all night long. The projector tv only worked the night we arrived. After that we couldn’t get it to work again. The bathroom plug in would not work with my blow dryer (that could have been the watts issue) but for a newer house you think it would work. There are 4 units to this property and with young kids it’s hard to have them be quiet or not too loud until 9 am. The quiet time is from 10pm (which was no problem since we was in bed by 9ish) until 9am. They do have noise monitors according to them. We never received an alarm for being loud because we really tried our best to be quiet. I really thought we rented a whole house not a duplex so that was on me when I realized.

The theme was so fun! There was also decor that was very comforting. The home was clean and the Family Dollar directly across the street was a lifesaver. This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in Fort Worth for medical reasons. The medical facilities were at most, 10 minutes from this location so this made it so convenient for us.

This house is so cute and fun! The games were a hit with our kiddos and we very much enjoyed the theater! Kitchen was extremely efficient and updated with great features! House location was close to our destination each day, so that was very convenient, and there was a family dollar directly across the street so that was very convenient for items we may have forgotten, like toiletries.
The location, although convenient, was a bit sketchy and somewhat rough neighborhood. There were a large amount of wandering people that would sit directly in front of the house, but we had no personal issues out of anyone. The parking is a little rough, because you share a driveway and if someone is moving out or loading from their unit, you're forced to wait.
