It was the perfect stop off for the night while we were traveling down south. The accommodation overlooked the beach and the hosts were very nice and accommodating! We were able to have a fire on the sand out the front which was great! Close drive to some really interesting communities and beaches.
All pretty good. We met a fair few people from town, all lovely. However as the town is located near some industrial works it was a bit of a workers town at the time of the visit. Which just meant there wasn't a heap to do after dark.

Cute hut right on the beach. Falling asleep to the sound of waves. Really nice common area. Wonderful and very hospitable owners. Also the small town around is really nice :)
Ate Anj (the owner) recommended us a tour to Balaybayen Falls which was a great addition to our stay :)

The sea view and the beach devoid of other tourists makes Payapa Beach already special.
What really sets Payapa Beach apart is the owner Angelica who takes excellent care of her guests.
Initially I wanted to stay only for three nights but ended up staying for five because I liked it so much in Payapa Beach in Aporawan :-)

Eine sehr günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit
Absolut keinen Komfort, kleines Bett, keine Toilettenspülung, alles Beton und nichts Liebevolles oder Herzliches, kein Essen oder Trinken. Keine Moskitonetze. Völlig ungeeignet für Erholung oder Entspannung. Sorry. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist.
