We are a group of 13 and have occupied Rooms 1 and 2. The owners were accommodating and responsive. They also allowed us to extend our stay for another 12 hours for a price. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Good place to book for big groups.
Location is accessible if you have a private car. We arrived/checked in around 7 pm and had trouble finding it because there were few street lights. It might be cumbersome to find it via commute. Before arriving at the location, you will also pass through a small waterway via a bridge. It flooded after a heavy night of rain, although the waters receded in the morning. We also didn't like the low water pressure in the mornings, so we showered in the evenings. Using the toilet is also a challenge in the mornings because of low water pressure. Used and smelly sponges were left by the sink, as well as already used, half-filled water gallons. We would have appreciated it if they had been cleaned up before arrival, and the staff had already set up new and unopened water gallons. Fortunately, when we asked for new water gallons, the owners were responsive and delivered them to us. The CR shower/faucet also smelled like rust when we first used it. The minimalist design of the CR is nice, although a door handle would be a good and practical addition.
