We called the owner about the air conditioner and never got a response.

Beautiful little tiny home of the beaten path. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and the location is phenomenal for accessing many rivers. Whether you're fishing or kayaking, this is a great little place to stay.

The only things I'd suggest would be to add a small lamp and a couple of TV trays. Other than that, we loved it!
