Comfortable

Amazing location

In the nights the street is creepy

Very spacious apartment and very secure. Proximity to the city center and to the metro (a short walk). Nice rooftop and the staff answers super fast.

The photos do not match reality. It’s a scam.

nothing

Please be aware that Lobie intentionally uses fake photos to mislead users. They show you beautiful interiors, but upon arrival, you find out that none of it exists. When I contacted support, they told me that 'the photos are for illustrative purposes only.' This violates Brazilian law and Booking.com’s policies. I strongly recommend avoiding Lobie entirely – all of their apartments, not just this one.

Great place! Super value!!

Fantastic value for the $$! Great small apt, very modern in super central location!!

At night the immediate streets are DEAD, which pose a potential danger as told by a native. Although I had no trouble.

Indico.

5 / 10·Oct 2026

Apartamento aconchegante e bem localizado, condomínio bem equipado.
