Lovely hotel - the staff are so kind and helpful, the pool was a treat, and the rooms are basic but have everything you need, are comfortable, well maintained and clean with a view of the lake out front. Good location and cycling distance to a lot of the main sights and restaurants/bars. About a 10minute walk to a nice beer garden, and short grab to the Trang An boats and also to the Mua Cave. The bikes are free to use and they can arrange buses and tours if you need. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and just a 10 min walk from the main area. The staff is very nice and helpful. Plan was to stay here for 2 days but we extended and stayed here for 5 days and will definitely stay here again next time.
The room gets really hot and the AC takes about 30 minutes to cool the room. Also, I would recommend the staff install hand wash and shower gel bottles instead of providing small pouches for everything.
Not a problem though, just a suggestion.
