**There is a $250 damage deposit required for the booking. This will be returned back to you within 72 hours of your check out, only if there are no violations of the house rules and that the house has been returned in its original condition. You will receive a link three days before your check-in to submit the damage deposit.

Thank you so much for letting my mom and I stay at your beach getaway. It was very nice for a one room stay. We ate dinner one night at the Sassy Bass downstairs and it was pretty good. Would love to come again!
