Estudio pequeño pero con el espacio muy bien aprovechado y con todo lo necesario. Ubicación en una calle tranquila, 2 minutos a la parada de bus 181, 5 minutos andando a grandes supermercados, 10 minutos hasta el metro Lutterothstrasse y diferentes cafés, restaurantes y tiendas. Sin duda, me volvería a alojar en este estudio.
La cama es pequeña, no apta para personas de más de 180cm. Algunas luces estaban estropeadas. Sugerencias:
Indicar que la taquilla para recoger la llave se encuentra en la pared derecha en la parte baja de la escalera. Sería mejor enviar el requerimiento del pago para el impuesto municipal dos días antes (o junto a las indicaciones de recogida de llave) y no la noche anterior al viaje.

It feels like the suburbs but the station is very close and aldi is just round the corner, - if you cut through their car park. Nice local bars a short walk away.

Close location to buses and local restaurants. A number of on street EV chargers available within a short walk. Excellent heating and water pressure.
Main light only functioned intermittently. Kitchen tap loose. No power points near table for working.
