The apartment was a great size for two people, with nicely matching interiors that gave it a modern but cozy feel. It was very quiet, and we appreciated that it was well equipped with all the essentials.
The location is also excellent: the metro is close by, there is a supermarket right around the corner, and a great bakery just a 3-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood offering delicious food from many different countries. We would definitely stay here again!
While the A/C cooled the flat effectively, we would have appreciated a cooler bedroom.

Clean and conveniently close to the city center, about a 15-minute walk, but not very safe at night. During our stay, protests took place, and protesters targeted the grocery store windows, trying to break them.
The air conditioner is installed in the living room, leaving the bedroom with very little cooling, which was uncomfortable at night.
Pierre expects guests to remove the bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, place them in the shower before leaving the apartment, and take out the trash which is outside behind the elevator, not an appealing area. Recycles somewhere 100 m away from the apartment. These conditions should be clearly stated at the time of booking, guests pay for accommodation and do not expect to be asked to do chores at the end of their stay, especially when paying such a high price.

J'ai choisi ce logement pour son emplacement idéal, à la croisée de la ligne de métro pour accéder au Vieux Lyon et du bus pour la Cité Internationale où se déroulait le congrès auquel je participais.
J'ai apprécié le calme (l'appartement donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment et pas sur l'avenue), les équipements et le confort de l'appartement. Pierre est aux petits soins pour donner toutes les infos nécessaires avant et pendant le séjour, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement.
