The place is exactly what you see in the photos.
Near public transport and a walking distance from the city center if you enjoy walking.
Very well organized, with everything you will need. The street was relatively quiet but there were also earplugs provided, which is a nice touch. The bakery across the street is also very useful!
Maybe a bigger dehumidifier, although not sure how useful it would be around the year.

La localisation et les équipements très complets.
Les instructions pour récupérer les clefs sont claires.
Il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette et d'humidité. L'appartement est très humide.
L'isolation phonique est mauvaise, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue (véhicules, passants qui discutent).
