Everything was very neat and the kitchen well stocked. Apon arrival I was greeted and entering and exiting the premises explained. I enjoyed the apartment finishes. I appreciated having a place to hang clothes that needed drying. Location is great with 24 hours bakery-type place just outside the building. Plenty of other shops close to the building, pharmacy, general store (market), clothes, subway entrance etc. Beach is also very close and walking distance. I felt very safe in the building with 3 security barriers in place when entering from the street. 2 security entrances and 1 person always by the front door during the day.
I struggled with closing the shower taps properly and could not get the shower water to stay stable at one temperature. I'd recommend placing a mattress protector on the mattress underneath the sheet.

A localização é perfeita, tudo perto e sensação de segurança quando saímos. O apartamento tem tudo que se espera na cozinha e banheiro,
e a cama é confortável.
Algumas coisas pareciam mal instaladas, a torneira do chuveiro e da pia caíram algumas vezes além da do banheiro ter um funcionamento um pouco estranho e desregulado. O prédio estava em obras e por isso havia alguma sujeira (o apartamento em si estava limpo), que acredito ser passageira.
