Great apartment in a great location, but not very well insulated so very loud at night.

The location was very central, great spaces and very clean.

It is extremely loud. The roof and walls are very thin and being so close to night time activities means that there is a lot of noise inside.

Great location in the centre of Porto. Very well equipped with everything you need for the stay.

There was a large patch of damp around the window.

Great location, if you're not a light sleeper, comfy beds and probably best in the warmer months!!

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and overall well laid out for 3 people. The location from the perspective of the city was excellent. View in the morning was lovely from the living room.

The apartment was located over a nightclub in the basement that raged on every night of the week - making sleep difficult. The heating system wasn't ideal with the heater in the living room sending heat up the stairs and no heat in the kitchen, lower bath or lower bedroom which were freezing during our stay. The wooden stairs were incredibly slippery and one of our party fell on them so I would suggest adding some strips that help manage that. Would be an easy fix. May I suggest some comforting elements, rugs, extra blankets etc for all of the rooms if it's going to be this cold. A portable heater in the lower bedroom and bathroom would also be good as well. A safe for valuables would be an excellent addition (I think this has been a previous note). Also please update the dishwasher instructions as it was a completely different brand from the booklet. Small things but they make a difference. (experienced traveller here) We had an incident with someone peeing in the entranceway which made it unbearable to enter and exit. We reached out (as it was Christmas) and they did clean it up but the smell was pretty bad. f
