Havre de paradis sur une île incroyable ! Le service au top, un séjour rempli de bonheur avec les excursions directement dans l’hôtel avec des animateurs super et drones gratuit pour des vidéos de la plage blanche et turquoise !! Merci à toute l’équipe et Alaska pour leur bienveillance et leur service.

Un effort sur les sanitaires pourrait être fait … La nourriture n’est pas suffisante lors des excursions et sur le site … surtout lorsque vous êtes avec un groupe qui sait pas se tenir et ne pensent pas aux autres. Super note quand même car nous gardons un souvenir incroyable de ces 3 jours à Tatak !

the bungalows themselves were fairly clean, tidy and during the daytime the island feels peaceful and quiet because most tourists leave for tours. Food it was delicious.

As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working. Every day we were told that it should be fixed “tomorrow,” but the same thing was repeated throughout our entire stay and it was never repaired. There was also almost no phone signal or internet on the island. The girl working there barely spoke or understood English and was very unfriendly. We also found cockroaches in the bungalow. Another issue was the aggressive dogs around the area, so we had to walk very slowly and carefully. What shocked us the most was the amount of large glass shards both in the water and on the beach. Thankfully, during our 3-day stay, neither of us got injured. The beaches were only clean near the campers but walking further away was honestly upsetting because of the amount of trash everywhere. The food was decent but if two people stay in one bungalow and only one person wants to eat or share one portion, it is not allowed and you are still forced to pay for two meals. The staff overall was unpleasant and unwelcoming.

Ac only on from 4pm-10pm a day. Bed uncomfortable. Food was basic but charged 400php for lunch or dinner. Loud resort next-door with karaoke.
