Comfy bed, rooms were spotless and stunning views
Lacked privacy as people not staying at the hotel came onto our balcony for “photos”. Staff not engaging every time we entered the “homestay” we were asked “are you staying here?” Felt a bit awkward. The photos show a pool, which there is but it’s not filled up and when asked no one gave an answer why.

The people and the location. The view was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can do a massage if you want to (highly recommended).
A small drive from Sa Pa town, was also a plus.

Beautiful location and lovely spa
The hotel itself in reception area really smelled awful. As well as the food, we ate out every day. The beds were probably the hardest I’ve slept on in my life.
