Great apartment, very bright and quite cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was lovely to fall asleep under the stars (thanks to the attic windows right above the bed) and wake up to natural sunlight. It’s located just a 3-minute walk from the metro and within walking distance of the city center.
At the time of our arrival, the building seemed to be undergoing renovations, which caused some inconvenience: the elevator wasn’t working (and the apartment is on the 5th floor), and there were workers walking on the roof right above us. The apartment was also a bit dusty (which might only be an issue for people with allergies, like me). However, I still think it’s a great option for the price.

The apartment smelled nice right away when I came in - definitely cleaned right before my arrival. Host was helpful, the location is great right above the Garibaldi station of metro and close to a bigger shop. The value for money is pretty good compared to other possibilities nearby.
I expected some mold in the bathroom, however what I didn't expect was the showerhead to have mold around the rim. Rather unpleasant surprise after I could tell the apartment was cleaned before my arrival. I couldn't get the oven on no matter what I tried - glad I only bought frozen fries and not expensive gluten free pizza. I gotta say I've never seen mold inside a freezer. The apartment itself wasn't dirty, pretty much the opposite, but it's overdue for a deepclean in certain spots (especially the showerhead, that was rather unpleasant).

Room is centrally located, hosts were reactive and always responsive. Place was immaculately clean and thoroughly furnished. The price was fair as well.
The fact that it was in the attic (without any AC) the room was so like an oven. The host did provide 2 fans to help.
I bumped my head on the beam as the bed was right under it but NONE of these are the host nor the property's fault.

Très bel emplacement, sur la ligne D du métro, calme.
L'appartement est dans l'absolu conforme à la description. Deux points: 1) Le montant de la caution qui est supérieur au prix des nuits passées 2) La chaleur étouffante sous les combles, sous deux Velux et sans climatisation.
Pour la remise des clés: il fallait indiquer une heure précise d'arrivée alors que les clés étaient dans un boîtier et au moment du départ, un message en anglais demandant de laisser les clés 'dans le logement' était un tantinet déroutant puisqu'il s'agissait de les remettre dans le boîtier.
