Great location and outstanding hospitality. The most friendly hosts I have ever seen. I came really early in the morning and I was greeted with a hot cup of coffee. They kept my luggage so I can go sightseeing before my check-in time. They also helped me book my ticket and a day trip. Breakfast was delicious and it’s walking distance from many great restaurants, night market and historic buildings. I will definitely stay here when I come back.

This is a great little homestay hotel, it's small and multi level with no lift, so be prepared for lots of stairs. You do walk straight into the reception area straight off a small laneway, no garden outside. We stayed in a Superior Room, was roomy enough. It's down a very quiet lane in a great location, we felt very safe here and didn't hear any road noise at all. We stayed 3 nights, the lovely girl in reception Van was super helpful with brilliant English, she is a real gem for this hotel. Our favourite place for breakfast was a few minutes away called Nookina Cafe, loved it. The hotel was cheap and the linen/towels were very clean and in good condition, I asked for an extra pillow for the bed which they obliged with. More hooks/shelves are needed in the bathroom, most hotels never have enough so your stuff ends up on the floor. The bathroom was a wet room but there was a shower curtain which helped keeping the water at bay. This was our 2nd time to Hue, we didn't give it much time last time, so we walked around more this time and really enjoyed our time here. People are very friendly and it's safe.
Beds are super hard but I contacted them prior to ask for a softer one, they kindly put a topper on our bed. It made it better, but still a little firm, but it was fine for only 3 nights.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable, and the room was spacious and well maintained. They also offer a good variety of breakfast choices.

Location and staff were friendly.
I booked a double room and was changed to a twin room because "foreigners usually prefer a twin room". Then I couldn't change to a double room. I did not appreciate being lied to when they clearly just had made a mistake and given my double room to a walk-in guest. Please be honest with people about your reasoning to not give what was reserved and don't try to gaslight people by saying you're helping.
