Access to beach. And away from tons of shops but you could still drive nearby (20+ minutes) to shops if needed.
One suggestion: It would be nice for the apartment to have a broom. Since you are at the beach and you don't have daily maid service, sand does get in the apartment. Even though we took off shoes at the door. It still got in. Also, I apologize not responding to your checkout message until way after we had left. I did not see it until I did reply. We were out before 9:00 AM. And one more, I realize you need to have secure locks on your apartments. But the lock on the door expected a constant button press...before resetting... I would be try entering the number and pause to read off the paper the next number and it would reset. My wife was able to memorize the code and enter it in time eventually. It was a pretty long code. (Which I understand makes more secure - but you don't want it to be so secure that your tenets cannot get past the door.) I am a slow poke though so this comment prob. is worthless.

Location. Air conditioning. Everyone staying at the complex seemed to understand it’s family friendly and lots of kids. Right next to the beach and pool both amazing. It’s about 25 minutes away from all the tourist stuff which I liked. There is a bar right next to the third building. Very cold air condition and ceiling fans. I get hot easily and this ac was top notch. You can drink at the pool. There is a pool for 21 and over. There are carts available to help Move your luggage if you don’t mind the claustrophobic elevator. Despite the parts I didn’t like I now know how to get to the property and where it’s at which will make my next trip better. My family loved it here. A new dollar general right by the property. Very helpful if you have a baby and need something. Should note again the air conditioning is was working so well I’m so happy I didn’t sleep hot. There were some towels for shower but not enough if you stay more than two days.
No pictures or good directions on how to get on property. Didn’t have service on cell phone so I never knew my PIN code to get in the condo. That was extremely frustrating. Why wait to give it one hour before my arrival time? I had to call booking.com to request it but even though the app says to call that number it’s not the right number they had to transfer me so I could get the pin for the door entrance. In the very least text me the pin sometimes emails don’t come through. Speaking of arrival time I was told I am not allowed per HOA to arrive before 4pm. I got a text message telling me I can check in at noon 12pm. This made no sense. I am told to come at noon by text but per the owner I wasn’t allowed to arrive before 4. Only two rolls of toilet paper in the property. The coffee filters for the coffee maker don’t go to the coffee maker. The toaster is new but over works. Even if you set it on one minute it will burn the toast. You should know the laundry is in a different building. None of this will be a problem in the future for me bc I will have visited the property already and know where to go. Give a picture of the entrance and details. The elevator has no air. If you are claustrophobic do not ride it. This is not the owner fault but people clearly been urinating in the hallway. It smelled like urine really bad in the hallway my entire stay.

It was secluded in ft Morgan with great beach access. Pools were great
The room didn’t look like the pictures. Different furniture and it had obvious signs of wear and tear in the walls. The recliner didn’t recline because the handle was broken. The patio chairs were not there and the table was busted.
