Location is excellent close to Tram stop and shops and restaurants
Air con in the sitting room and main bedroom. Also ceiling fans in both bedrooms was very welcome during our stay because it was very hot.
Check in and communication was clear and straightforward
Bright and airy apartment in a quiet area but close to shops, tram line 3 and restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It feels very new, everything works perfectly, and it is both spacious and extremely comfortable. The apartment was also spotlessly clean.
The location is excellent. Almost everything is within walking distance, and getting around takes you through lively, interesting streets. You also get to experience the real Montpellier, not just the tourist areas. :)
One of our favorite things was the view through the large windows overlooking a small square. It was wonderful to watch everyday local life and really feel part of the city.
We had one small issue with the coffee maker, and Axel took care of it almost immediately. Communication was excellent and very responsive.
We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.
