The apartment is in a great location, very clean and nicely decorated. It also has plenty of useful amenities, which made the stay very comfortable overall. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
The main downside was the poor sound insulation, both between the two floors and between neighbouring apartments. If someone is sleeping downstairs, they can hear pretty much everything happening upstairs, and noise from other apartments can also be clearly heard.
Also, the hairdryer was terrible and barely usable.

Die Lage nah an der Stadt und an der Tram-Station „Lapa“
Im Bad gibt es kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten. Für bis zu drei Personen gibt es genau zwei Haken. Am ekligsten war der Vorleger der richtig fies nach Moder gerochen hat.
Im Dachgebälk verfängt sich irgendwoher der Ton von einem TV oder einer Bar. Von 22 bis 01 Uhr war nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Waren vielleicht nur die Bewohner eines anderen Apartments. War für uns aber nicht lokalisierbar.
Den versprochen Wasserkocher gibt es nicht. Bettecken sind viel zu warm.
Klimaanlage hängt über dem Bett und auch unten die hängt über dem Schlafsofa. Da holt man sich sicherlich schnell einen weg wenn man die nachts anlässt.
Kein einziger Kleiderbügel oder eine Kommode. So haben wir eine Woche lang aus Koffern leben müssen.
Trotz drei vorhandener Lichtschalter im Schlafzimmer schalten alle drei Schalter alle drei Birnen gleichzeitig. Und zwar auf Helligkeitsstufe „Putzlicht“! Blöd wenn man nicht gleichzeitig zu Bett geht. Von dem Bodenfenster neben der Toilette zum Haupteingang hin ganz zu schweigen.
Nein, würden wir nicht wieder buchen.
