Appartement agréable, bien équipé et surtout très bien situé à Copacabana. Situé au 8ᵉ étage, dans un immeuble avec gardien 24h/24. J’ai passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
Les fenêtres ferment assez mal, ce qui crée de gros courants d’air dans l’appartement. Cela peut être assez gênant les jours de vent ou lorsqu’il fait plus frais.

It's close to the beach, safe, and the concierge staff is friendly. We were allowed to bring our bags in early and leave them in the apartment while they cleaned. The bathroom had been recently renovated, which gave it a clean feel. Overall, it was clean.
The shower pressure was weak, the bathroom itself was old, and despite being painted, it was unpleasant to shower in. There were 4 taps in the shower, but only one with cold water worked.
The windows face the street, so there's no sea view. I don't understand why anyone mentions one here. Perhaps the view is in the distance if you lean out of the balcony and look to the left.
The kitchen is in very poor condition, making it unpleasant to sit at the bar or in the kitchen. For that price per night, I think they could at least spruce it up a bit.
The worst thing was the mosquitoes; there were so many of them that they bit me every night. We also rented an apartment in the building next door and didn't have any problems there.
I honestly don't understand the 10-star reviews. Maybe they're there because the owner is nice and helpful, then asks for a good review at the end. But that's unfair; the price doesn't match the quality of the property at all. After being asked to leave a good review, I feel awkward writing an honest one, but I hope it helps someone.
