House raised on stilts, 1 bedroom with queen bed on main floor & 2nd bedroom with queen on open mezzanine floor with half bath. View of the Tn river from mezzanine. Fully screened in balcony looks over river & you can sit and watch the sunset.
Large covered Ground Level area with it's own bathroom and washroom with a bbq grill available for your use.
Easy access via car or RV. Your are 5 mins away from restaurants, public boat ramp, fishing areas, golf course and 15 mins from Savannah, Tn. Drive up to the steps that access the first floor.
Close to restaurants, boat ramp & golf course. The area is famous for its catfish & bass fishing

Such a wonderful property! Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The view is amazing! The Host was wonderful and so prompt in answering any questions I had! Will look forward to staying again!
