Once a booking is made, Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals will reach out directly. All guests are required to fill out our Guest Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules of the agreement.
This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.
Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM
Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty!
HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.
This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The property has a great view and very easy access to Lake Travis. The porch, with the fire table, and views was perfect to relax and enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset. Property Manager was very attentive and communicated pro-actively. Overall great location and will be back.

We had an last-minute issue with booking our pet; otherwise, this was an awesome getaway!!The morning sunrises were spectacular. The symphony of birds each day was an unexpected treat.
