Very nice comfortable and fun little place in Fort Worth. While it is down in the rowdier area by the stockyards, then you turn down a little side street that is very quiet with nicely cared for yards. A little dog was out and greeted us each time we came and went from another yard. But don’t worry we didn’t hear them inside. Simple accommodations but all that you need. Kitchen had coffee maker and microwave and I made grilled cheese at 4 am. Able to relax and spread out. Air conditioning was great in the Fort Worth heat and bedroom has a ceiling fanThe shower was large and very refreshing. This is a perfect little place for 1-2 people who are looking for a quiet spot. Did park on the street but had no trouble. Entrance is down the driveway as it is a converted garage behind a home. And there is a quick trip open 24 hours not too far down. Very nice.

Perfect location if you’re going to a funeral service at Mt Olivet Cemetery. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the decor was fun. I spoke once to the owner who was very nice. I would definitely stay at this property again if I was back in Fort Worth.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It looks exactly as it is pictured which was great, but it was not as clean as it should’ve been. When we first arrived, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. There were crumbs all over the coffee table and in the leather chair. We got 3 towels, but only one wash cloth. When I asked for more wash cloths, it was not guaranteed, which ended up being that we did not get them. On top of that, one of the towels had makeup stains on it, so I’m not super sure how clean they were. I’m assuming the bed was also broken as we sunk into the middle of it. I will say, the convenience of the place to the stockyards is wonderful. The host was quick to respond for the most part and handled a shower draining issue that was requested previously. It could just use some improvement with the cleanliness!
