Whether you`re here for ski season, App State football, a wedding at one of the mountain venues, fall leaf-peeping, or just a getaway from the heat — you`re in the middle of everything.

You`ll have the entire condo to yourselves, including the game loft, private back deck, and full kitchen. The Vistas is a quiet, well-kept complex — a peaceful home base after a day of adventure.

Self check-in with a smart lock keypad code, sent to you the morning of your stay. Arrive on your own schedule between 4–9 PM.

I run a boutique management company and keep things personal — I`ll send a welcome message with everything you need before arrival, check in shortly after you`re settled, and stay out of your way otherwise. I`m always a quick message away through the Airbnb app for anything you need — restaurant recommendations, mountain tips, or the occasional hiccup. Response time is typically under an hour.

There are outdoor security cameras located in the front and back of the property.

***This is a very quiet complex with almost all long term guests and were one of the last in The Vistas so our policies regarding parties, events and issues with noise levels will be strictly enforced***

There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes.

We allow a maximum of 6 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 6 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests.

The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. I
