Beautifull condo. New mattresses. 1 GB Fiber optic internet. Smart TVs in every room with Netflix and YouTube TV and more. Be sure to see the video. Fully furnished with every amenity needed for a fabulous stay. Newly renovated throughout. The downstairs is open and inviting, with two new leather sofas and comfortable seating where you can enjoy the view of the water. Dining will accommodate 6-8 with counter space for four more. Antique English pub table can be extended for more dining or buffet service. 2 queen beds, double over double bunk, extra air mattresses available. Smoking allowed outdoors on the patio deck only. Pet-friendly. Close to all Lake Conroe amenities, The Woodlands venues, and the 162,000 acres Sam Houston National Forest with the 130 mile Lone Star Hiking Trail. The condo was perfect! Perfect location on the water and perfect place to tie up our boat in front of the condo. Very clean upon arrival and accommodations were excellent. Host is very attentive. I will definitely come back.

We stayed there to attend a granddaughter's graduation and there was plenty of room for all three granddaughters to stay with us as well as my son and his significant other. Absolutely totally equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. Exactly as presented on website. Plan to rent again.

Sweet 16 weekend celebration for my son. This Condo was amazing, super clean, everything you could want for a wonderful getaway, a true gem. This fishing was amazing. The host was wonderful and very attentive to every need. I highly recommend if you want to have a relaxing getaway, full of good fishing and relaxation this is the place. Will definitely be back very soon.
