Cheap, basic, clean. What is says on the tin. Easy bus into town. Secure, free parking for car with bikes.
No hooks to hang things in the room (wet clothes after thunderstorm!). No handwashing facilities in toilets.

Good location, good price, clean, free parking
The door to the room doesn’t lock properly so people can just wonder in. Luckily the man who walked in to my room was just mistaken and quickly left, but that could have been a lot more dangerous under different circumstances
