The space is brand new and kept extremely clean. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the area and were able to have a worry-free stay at coastal sands 1. The king-size bed was so comfortable. It made it easy to sleep in on our kid-free weekend, finding some much needed recharge time. The bedroom's window is directly above the main driveway for the complex, but we always travel with a noisemaker device to help us sleep no matter where we are. Parking was easy with enough spaces for the complex and its tenants. The host was communicative and provided us with all the details that we needed in advance as well as throughout our short stay. It was a great experience staying here.

This property seems relatively new and in very good shape. Cleanliness wasn’t what we had hoped. There were crumbs on the couch, food splattered on the wall by the kitchen table and a sock left under the bathroom vanity from a previous visitor. I had to message the host for check-in instructions, but they responded very quickly with a message and follow up phone call to ensure we had what we needed. Consider the lack of elevator if stairs aren’t your thing lol. It wasn’t an issue for us. We were packed light for a two night stay. Location is walkable to the colosseum, which was our intention when booking. Overall decent place for the price and proximity to the beach or colosseum.
